SEZs in Tamil Nadu
Special Economic Zone land in Tamil Nadu and how it compares for data centres.
SEZ land in Tamil Nadu
Tamil Nadu has notified SEZs covering IT/ITeS, multi-product and sector-specific uses. Availability changes as zones fill or are de-notified, so we check the current status before recommending a site.
Is SEZ land right for your data centre?
SEZs help operators serving overseas customers. If your customers are in India, industrial land along the Chennai–Bengaluru Industrial Corridor or an IT park may be simpler. Power in Tamil Nadu is supplied by TANGEDCO (TNPDCL).
